This is 27 year old Timothy Seaux, of Oregon. Over the weekend, he went on a nude rampage at a hemp-themed music festival.
According to police, Timothy was so combative four men had to restrain him on the ground.
Medical crews arrived to the scene and determined that he needed to be sedated.
He has been charged with menacing, criminal mischief, assaulting a public safety officer, and resisting arrest.
That hair though.
